Dr. Shor is so thorough and so holistic. I was so impressed with his ability to see my complex pain as part of the whole history of my health and not just focus on the single tooth. He sits and does a thorough intake and I truly felt heard and seen. The staff is wonderful and it was a professional experience. I immediately transferred my care; I was so impressed!

So happy to be a client of this dental practice. I’ve found it can be a challenge to find a dentist who cares about doing a good job. Dr Alex Shor is highly capable, considerate and thorough. He is interested in establishing a good rapport with his patients so that the objectives of the care plan are clear. Current technology and lots of experience!

My visit to Shor Dental was a wonderful experience. Dr. Shor and his staff are kind, gentle, helpful and professional. I traveled 1.5 hours to see him for a special issue and will keep him as my regular dentist.

I can’t recommend Shor Dental enough. Dr. Alexander Shor is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this practice is on another level; the technology is top-notch, the team is incredibly professional, and everyone genuinely cares about your experience. What really stands out is how passionate Dr. Shor is about dentistry. It truly shows in the quality of care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise, innovation, and a personal touch, this is the place. Highly recommended!

I went to a different dentist for the first time who told me I needed multiple fillings. I found this very surprising since the dentist had gone to just 6 months earlier hadn't mentioned anything about it, so I went to Shor Dental for a second opinion. Not only were they able to help me confirm that I did not need the fillings (despite financial incentives that I'm sure pressure dentists in the more-services direction), when I asked about getting a check up again with them in a year while still going to my other dentist for cleanings they kindly recommended that I get my care consistently from one location--at the other dentist. To me this highlights so clearly how they are focused on top quality patient care and the best outcomes for me, rather than on turning a profit. Because of their integrity, great communication (both during care and in emails before and after), and their truly patient centered care I will now be switching to Shor Dental even though my insurance doesn't cover them. They are worth out of network prices!
